ALL NEW AND RETURNING PLAYERS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS

AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION!!!!

AND

3 PROOF OF RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS WITHIN PERL MACK LITTLE LEAGUE’S BOUNDARIES

Acceptable forms to prove residency include the following:

Drivers License or State ID, Car registration, School Documents, Medical Documents, Home or Auto Insurance, W2’s, Pay stubs or Utility Bill (ONLY 1 may be used) must have child or parent/guardian’s name, address and current date

The Board of Directors work a Bingo session every Sunday morning and afternoon ALL year round to help minimize the costs associated with the league operation. There are many other behind the scenes fees that are needed to operate the league.
